Couple's Toolkit
How often have you assumed that you knew what was going on in your LifeMate’s head only to be surprised later? Dr. David and Janet Congo have created a tool to sharpen your connection with each other. It won’t take any longer than 10 minutes to use.
One couple told us that they had been in the car together for two hours talking with each other. Yet when we provided the opportunity to try this tool, they learned brand new information. They committed to make this a regular part of their daily interaction. Perhaps you could benefit from this tool too!
The tool is called “The PAUSE That Refreshes.” No answer is wrong. Take time initiating this exercise with each other. We have found it works best when each LifeMate shares their response before moving to the next prompt.
